opening of the Muzeum Setting up and arranging of the collection: Victor
Gorduza, Ecaterina Pop.
- Number of samples in the collection: 16,000.
Number of samples exhibited: 1175.

BASIC EXHIBITION GROUND FLOOR
- Geological structure of the North - Western part of Romania, illustrated
by the geomorphological model (scale 1: 50,000) and by the magmatic rocks
(windows 1 to 7), sedimentary rocks (windows 8 and 9) and metamorphic rocks
(window 10 to 12)
- Systematic and main properties of the hydrothermal minerals of the
area: galena, sphalerite, calcopyrite, pyrite, stibine, pyrrhotine, marcasite,
tetraedrite, semseyite, calcite, rhodochrosite, barytine, gypsum, wolframite,
scheelite, vivianite, quartz.
- Classification and presentation of the ore deposits: Borsa, Baiut,
Cavnic, Suior, Baia Sprie, Herja, Sasar, Nistru, Ilba, Turt, Razoare.

of the aesthetic samples, know in the area as "mine flowers".
